What happens if your package is lost, stolen, or damaged?

Every day, 1.7 million packages are stolen or lost in the United States, costing businesses $25 million. Despite efforts by some retailers and delivery companies to combat piracy, much of this burden still falls on the consumer.

If you sign up for our DELIVERY PROTECTION,

We'll file a claim with the delivery company and send you a replacement item within 24 hours (Monday through Friday). Instead of waiting for the delivery company to complete its investigation, we'll ship your replacement item ahead of time. Our team will process the claim and work directly with the delivery company. The delivery company will continue its investigation as usual and may contact you for further details.

If you do not subscribe to DELIVERY PROTECTION,

We will file a claim with the delivery company and launch an internal investigation. We require three business days (Monday to Friday) to complete this investigation. If you are concerned about theft, please purchase shipping insurance or use a business delivery address or other secure location. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or misdelivered packages.
